Chicago-based expat & indie rock stalwart Dashdown DIY relapses with the raw lockdown-induced 'The Dirt Tastes Good Right Here'. Out digitally 4/16/22 via long-happening indie label Blind Pigeon Records, and featuring punk rock legend Tommy Stinson (Replacements, Guns'NRoses) at the board and on bass guitar, 'Dirt' finds kindred spirits with Blind Pigeons proud tradition of no frills bar-room rockers. 'Dirt' was Mastered by Andrew Garver (Chris Cornell, Rage Against The Machine, Madonna). Dashdowns rocky past includes critically acclaimed albums with Waiting For Henry, Boom Hank, and Braam recording with the afore-mentioned Stinson, Brad Wood (Liz Phair), Mitch Easter (R.E.M.), Doug McBride (Izzy Stradlin) & Darrel Thorp (Beck). Dashdown played SXSW in 2019 in support of EP 'Three from me'.
