CEA gives event planners a fast and easy way to browse, contact, and hire entertainers and event vendors that can make any event a success. Whether you’re a first-timer or professional event planner, follow these 3 simple steps and you’ll be on your way to event planning paradise!
1. Browse & compare vendors
From rock bands to balloon artists, from florists to photographers... you’ll find ‘em all right here. With thousands upon thousands of vendors listed on CEA, you’re bound to find an entertainer or service that your event just can’t live without! Decide which category you’re interested in and voila! Behold the list of local vendors for you to browse. View their photos, watch their videos, check out their reviews, and select your favorites.
2. Submit your request
Now it’s time for us to work. Click on the handy-dandy Contact button to connect with us and let us know the performer you like. We will also ask for some of the basic information about your event. Next, we will either respond with a Quote/Agreement or reach out to you if we need more information.
3. Book your favorites!
Once you receive a quote, you can sign the agreement online and pay the vendor’s deposit, all in one step. That’s it… you’re done! We’ve designed it all to be super easy, iron-clad secure, and lightning fast.
